The incumbent will be ultimately responsible for the delivery of quality services to all Call Center customers.Main Duties:Manages and supervises daily activities of call center agents and telephone operatorsSupervision of Call Center operators Providing quality customer serviceEnsuring that team members have the appropriate support and trainingMonitors, evaluates and coaches call center operatorsPrepares and supervises work schedulesImproves and updates knowledge baseEnsures compliance with that of all Belle Air policies and proceduresRequirements:·University Degree·At least one year of Call Center work experience·Demonstrated ability to work well in teams·Excellent organizational skills·Excellent computer skills·Very good Italian and English
